Your privacy is of utmost importance to WinkGen. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and maintaining full transparency regarding our data handling procedures. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, utilize, and protect (or choose not to collect) your data when you utilize the WinkGen mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

How Our Service Works

When you use WinkGen, the following steps occur:

• You submit a photo and pick a dance or animation template of your choice.
• The App uses artificial intelligence (AI) to temporarily process the photo, aligning your facial features with the selected template to produce a customized video.
• Once the video is successfully created, both the uploaded photo and any temporary data generated during processing are permanently removed from our systems without any exceptions.
• We do not utilize your uploaded photos or the videos generated through the App for extensive AI training, advertising activities, or any other secondary purposes.

Handling of Facial Data

We do not collect any facial data or biometric markers whatsoever. When you upload a photo to create a video, the App briefly identifies facial landmarks solely for the purpose of aligning your face with the chosen template. As soon as the video is generated (typically within a few seconds), both the original photo and these temporary facial landmarks are automatically and permanently deleted. No facial information is stored, shared, or used for tracking, identification, user profiling, advertising, or any other function.

Information We Do Not Collect

WinkGen does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identification details. We do not gather the following information:

• Full name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details
• Location-based data
• Device identifiers used for tracking purposes
• Any form of persistent personal data

Photos and Generated Videos

The photos you upload are used exclusively for creating videos within the App. They are processed temporarily and deleted right after the video is generated. Generated videos are only saved to your device’s photo library if you opt to save them. Beyond the temporary rendering process, we do not access, store, upload, or share your photos or videos in any way.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on reliable third-party AI rendering services to generate videos. These services temporarily process your photo on their servers solely to create the video and do not retain any user data once the process is completed. We do not share any personal information with these third-party providers.

Analytics (Anonymized Only)

We may collect limited, anonymized, and aggregated usage data (such as app crash reports and feature usage metrics) to enhance the App’s performance and stability. This data cannot be used to identify individual users and is not linked to any personal information.

App Permissions

With your consent, the App may request the following permissions:

• Photo Library Access: To allow you to select photos for video generation and save the videos you create.
• Internet Access: Necessary for downloading templates and conducting server-side video rendering.

Where possible, these permissions are optional, and you can manage them in your device’s settings at any time.

Children’s Privacy

WinkGen is not designed for use by children under 18 years of age (or the minimum age required by law in your region). We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain any photos uploaded by users or facial data. All temporary data is deleted immediately after the video is generated. Uninstalling the App will remove any locally cached data from your device.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Data is only shared with third-party rendering providers under strict confidentiality agreements, and solely for the purpose of generating your video—these providers do not retain any of your data.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your place of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data.
